Hi! I’m Scot, I have 15 years experience teaching guitar in primary and secondary schools, music schools and private teaching.
I am patient with my students, and adjust my teaching to the different interests & goals of each student.
I
 have
 a
 high 
level
 of
 enthusiasm 
and
 enjoy my work, & seeing my students achieve their musical goals & have fun with music.
I have many years experience playing in bands of varying styles and instruments, and accompany students to develop musicianship skills, but also to provide enjoyment while learning.
I teach technique and reading skills, pop/rock songs, and take beginners to advanced, and all ages.
Available for Skype lessons also.

performing

 guitar, bass and drums,

 this allows me to teach my students about playing together in a band setting and musicianship skills.
I hold a current Working With Children Check.
