Richard Rose

I am located in Ivanhoe and offer lessons from my house or I can travel to surrounding suburbs. Lessons focus on technique, aural training, sight reading, in depth song analysis, harmony knowledge and repertoire development. Each lesson is tailored to the students specific needs, skill level and interests, with fun and enjoyment being the top priority.

About me:

I am a staff member at Beaconhills College in Pakenham. I teach Bass and Guitar with students ranging from primary school level through to VCE level as well as theory classes for VCE students needing extra help.

I am a working musician who plays in various bands around Melbourne. Please visit my website to see updates on my musical endeavours.

I received my Bachelor of Contemporary Music from Southern Cross University in 2011. In 2012 I received an Honours in Music Performance (improvisation) from the VCA (Melbourne University).

I have a current and up to date Working with Children Check.

Lessons are $60 for 60 min or $70 for 60 min (if I have to travel to you). I also offer lessons for $35 for 30 min for younger students. All lessons fees are invoiced to you with bank details on the invoice.
