When Nigel Foote placed his ad for ‘Guitar Lessons’ in the Blue Mountains Gazette way back in 1983, he had no idea the ad would still be running in 2017 – thirty-four years and 30,000 lessons later. Combine Nigel’s experience with the dazzling talent of young guitar virtuoso, Martin Foote, and you have a teaching team with impressive credentials!

Nigel Foote

Nigel Foote is one of Australia’s most experienced guitar teachers. Nigel has taught guitar privately at home in the Blue Mountains since 1983, and also for Mitchell Conservatorium of Music and for schools in the region.

Nigel formed Blue Mountains Guitar School with his son, Martin, and wife Dawn (Egan) in 2014.
