I teach a rounded study of music for electric guitarists. theory, technique, aural and improv. lead and rhythm playing, blues, country, rock to pop.

I teach musicians of all ages and standards. I love to play guitar in a range of styles. Adult beginners/refreshers welcome!

I was 10 years full-time lecturer in music at Latrobe University. 30 years as professional performer, composer, recording musician/producer and part-time instrumental teacher. International tours with Slave Pianos. I have a well equipped home teaching/composition studio and a professional recording studio also in Abbotsford for students interested in developing this aspect of their music. I teach AMEB in guitar, theory and composition and also tutor tertiary music students.

Bands include Bo Diddley Band, Le Club Foote, Lucie Thorne Band, Slave Pianos, Missiles, Z-Cars, and studio session work as guitarist and bass player.
