Hi, my name is Mitch Brown, and I am an experienced teacher and performer specialising in jazz but commonly playing many different styles from funk to rock/blues to pop. I have studied a Bachelor of Music Performance at VCA/University of Melbourne (specialising in improvisation). Having this experience, I can teach you many areas of guitar/music depending on your goals. Whether you are just starting and want to learn how to play a couple of chords, or you have been playing many years and want to develop your skills further, either way I feel confident I can cater for your needs.

I teach from my home studio in Richmond and offer both half hour ($30) or full hour ($50) lessons. Whilst not all areas of music will interest all students, I can teach technique, theory, reading music, improvisation, aural, rhythm, fingerstyle as well as all the basics/fundamentals of guitar.
