I have been teaching guitar in the East Ballina area for over 20 years with a method developed by myself that ensures quick results. Some teachers teach chords only for the first two years. I teach scales, open chords and bar chords in the first six months so that you are empowered with enough information to be able to play any song you like. I also encourage students to bring in songs they want to learn as it is more inspiring to play something you are interested in instead of being spoon fed songs that you don’t really care for.
