Learn Classical or Acoustic guitar and how to read guitar notation (tablature optional). Learn for pleasure or I can prepare you for the AMEB exams for classical guitar.
If you are wishing to accompany yourself and play accoustic/folk guitar I also teach chords, strumming and fingerpicking styles.
I specialise in teaching Adults and Teenagers.

Lynette Linden - Over 30 years teaching experience

Music has been my life long pursuit. I have committed and devoted my life to developing myself and others in all aspects of music, commencing my music teaching career almost 4 decades ago.

I started learning music when I was 3 years old and have not stopped. I have a Graduate Certificate in Music Technology, a Bachelor of Applied Music (Box Hill TAFE) majoring in Composition and 2 Diplomas of Music (Box Hill and the Melba Conservatorium) where I majored in piano and guitar, voice, composition and film scoring.

With my broad educational background, my performing experience of over 20 years as a singer in various bands, and many years of experience teaching, I am a very well rounded, versatile skilled musician and teacher, versed in both classical and contemporary music, theory and practise.
