GUITAR LESSONS

Hi, I am Crystal. I have been learning and playing music for most of my life and love to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for music with others.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Over 10 years formal piano training, including accompaniment and performance

- Over 5 years experience teaching different instruments to students of all ages, including group percussion lessons for children

FREE 20 MINUTE INITIAL SESSION

My teaching approach is to focus on the needs and interests of each student, so I offer a free initial session in which you can meet me at my studio and discuss your interest in music. From this I can suggest books or instruments and start planning lessons around your learning goals.

TUITION FEES

Classes are run in line with the N.S.W School Terms, usually in blocks of 10 weeks.
Lessons are generally held once per week and must be paid in advance to reserve the time slot.

30 minute lesson – $300 per term
45 minute lesson – $450 per term
60 minute lesson – $600 per term

STUDIO TIMETABLE

Term 1 2018 – Monday January 29th to Friday April 13th
Term 2 2018 – Monday May 4th to Friday July 6th
Term 3 2018 – Monday July 23rd to Friday September 28th
Term 4 2018 – Monday October 15th to Friday December 21st

PLEASE NOTE: Music tuition for Term 1 and Term 2 2018 is currently at capacity. Unfortunately I will not be accepting any new students until the beginning of Term 3. My apologies for any inconvenience caused.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Over 10 years formal piano training, including accompaniment and performance

- 4 years formal violin training and member of Canberra Youth Music orchestra and Maruki Community Orchestra

- Over 5 years experience teaching different instruments to students of all ages, including running group percussion lessons in early childcare

Lessons are tailor made for all needs, whether you are learning for fun or want to prepare for exams or performance. All programs include music theory, technique development, sight-reading and aural awareness.
