Group Guitar Lessons - Learn to Rock

Learn how to play guitar and jam with your friends. I believe learning music should be fun and relevant. That doesn’t mean it will always be easy.

My lessons are nothing like the traditional music lessons that I had growing up. I do not particularly follow a method book where we work through each page as a measure of improvement. I create my own curriculum and program that is uniquely tailored to the skill level of each child.

In small group classes, students will learn riffs and chords of popular rock songs. They’ll work towards writing and recording their own music and will also have the opportunity at times to explore other rock instruments and experience playing in band.

Kelly is an experienced and qualified teacher of 30 years holding a Bachelor of Music Education. Kelly has taught Guitar, Piano and Rock Band to primary, high school and adult students throughout her career.
