I’m a guitarist/songwriter (and singer) with over 15 years experience, 10 glorious years in the live music industry and roughly 3 years teaching on and off!

My credentials include:
Touring Australia for years, over 350+ live shows, Winning Triple JJJ unearthed May 2010, touring Spain 2014, played Glastonbury Festival (UK) 2014, and numerous industry showcase events around the globe!

Whether you’re looking to make up for lost time, and dust off that old guitar in the corner…or want to get your child/teen up and writing great tunes, I can cater to you! I have many guitars sized for little hands as well. Providing you with the ultimate outlet for creativity!

Lessons will be at my place, located in Camberwell/Surrey Hills. My music room is professional and clean – great environment to learn…
Arrangements to come to you can be possible depending on location!

I have extensive professional knowledge in the rock scene, amps and pedals (tones) and with a strong appreciation for the classics as well (The Beatles, Doors, Led Zeppelin etc).

Better than all of this, I can ultimately teach you how to express YOURSELF in any style you see fit.

Learning all the rules of music stifles creativity, and whilst there will be some initial theory to get around, the ultimate aim is to have you writing your own songs within a year of consistent playing – not just learning the rules!!!
With a healthy amount of covers on the side you will be tearing up the fretboard in no time at all!
