Joshua provides structured one on one lessons that cater to a variety of styles and skill levels. By assessing your ability and musical interests he will produce a learning program that is both enjoyable and easy while achieving great results.

Josh has 15 years of experience as a professional guitarist, over 3 years experience as a guitar teacher since moving to Brisbane. He also performs in an internationally acclaimed tribute show of one of Australia’s most popular musical exports.

Joshua Overson

Mr. Joshua Overson is a professional private guitar mentor based in South Brisbane. He has extensive experience in instructing and mentoring students of all ages and competencies, from first timers to advanced performers. With over 15 years experience as a Musician and Guitarist Joshua tailors lessons to the individual student’s strengths and interests whether it be fingerstyle or contemporary rock.

Joshua studied the Bachelor of Music (Guitar Major) at the JMC Academy which specialises in the Creative Industries making lifelong connections with countless performing artists.
