I’m 30 years old, living in the Eastern Suburbs, and I’ve been playing guitar for the past 20 years. I’ve spent that time learning many different styles and working on my own style of playing. My focus is primarily technique. My main interest is progressive rock and instrumental music.

I write and perform in a 4 piece instrumental band called Stranger Things Have Happened.

ALL AGES!
Lessons are targeted toward beginners. I’ll teach students how to play correctly with both picking technique and finger-picking technique. I’ll try and cater lessons to suit individuals. Light theory and sight reading will be introduced once simple playing and technique has been established.

Over the years I’ve supported and played with such acts as The Foals, mewithoutYou, The Contortionist, The Hardaches, The Bennies, Hightime, Paper Arms, SLEEPMAKESWAVES, Sincerely Grizzly, Roadhouse, Bear The Mammoth, It’s A Hoax, Jonesez, Tracer, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, to name a few.
