Hi there!

My name is James Redman, I’m a 26 year old singer songwriter guitarist and WAAPA graduate with a Diploma in Music Production.

My current musical project is a three piece original rock band called The Limbs. Over the past three years we’ve released two well received Ep’s, played countless shows, won the Fat Shans band competition and this year competed in The Big Splash.

I write and produce all my own music and have been performing in bands consistently since I was 15.

I studied guitar for 7 years at Cliff Lynton’s Guitar institute under Cliff Lynton himself. During which we covered a variety of genres such as; rock, jazz, pop and folk. We also explored understanding the mechanics of one’s inner creativity, and delved deep into the theoretical side of guitar and the vast spectrum of music in general.

I offer guitar lessons to anyone of any age and any skill level and wish to help students refine their guitar playing ability, learn the fundamentals of theory and have a basic understanding of how to maximise their creative potential.
