Guitar Lessons

I offer lessons in classical and modern music on acoustic and electric guitar at my studio in Canberra.

Lessons are well-structured: I emphasise hands-on playing of repertoire, while ensuring that students develop a good understanding of melody, harmony, rhythm, and music notation. You will learn to strum chords to your favourite songs, accompany others, and play easy-to-more advanced solo pieces.

You can advance on to Australian Music Examination Board material, learn to improvise or simply continue playing your favourite repertoire. Skype lessons are also available.

I also offer guitar lessons for 2 at $36 ($18 each) per half hour. Commonly, this suits parents who wish to learn with their child but can apply to anyone. Group lessons are available @ $15 per person for a minimum of 3 people per class.
