Hi, my name is Charlie Meadows. I am a professional guitarist and teacher of 15 years experience. I have a performed around Australia, Asia and Europe, playing jazz, rock, blues, pop, funk, country, latin and just about every style except metal (okaaaay, there were a few times playing metal too, but it’s not really my thing…). I regularly perform with some of Sydney’s finest musicians, and tour with international acts on occasion. I have a Masters degree in Jazz performance from Sydney Conservatorium. I have taught privately, in high schools and at the Australian Institute of Music, for years, and many of my private students have achieved great HSC results and gone on to study music at tertiary level. I love working with beginners, kids, adults and anybody who is passionate about music and wants to have fun, improve their skills and enhance their creativity. I can help you master all facets of guitar playing- Chords, Songs, Technique, Reading, Improvising and Soloing, Advanced Harmony, Composition and Song Writing.
