I have extensive experience performing, composing and recording on 6 string lap steel and dobro guitars. My teaching style focuses on a blend of basic theory and good technique. Students are encouraged to ask questions and present original material.

I have 15 years experience in songwriting and performance. I have released 2 independent albums to date and 4 with alternative bluegrass outfit the Green Mohair Suits. I enjoy teaching students who are eager to embrace a new style of playing and enjoy blending theory with practical application.
