Anthony Jones

I offer a variety of skills, that I have acquired through my own passionate study and love of all areas of music, and the knowledge to pass it on effectively through my study and love of teaching. I possess a Certificate IV in Music from Waapa as well as a Bachelor of Education from ECU. My skill set includes; guitar, piano, vocal, songwriting, recording, music software, and music theory instruction/tuition. I strive to make every lesson as fun and engaging as possible to encourage students become excited about learning their instrument and I try to set clear achievable goals so the student will be able to observe their own progression.

When I am not teaching privately I am working as an Instrumental teacher at various schools or music companies like Sound Centre or Advanced Music and performing or recording my own songs. Lessons will generally take place at your home and in some cases lessons at mine may be arranged. Send me a text or give me a call to discuss if I am the right teacher for you or your child.

(Note: Students requesting private lessons that have been students of Advanced Music or Sound Centre in the last six months are unfortunately unable to receive private tuition from me due to contract restrictions)
