Guitar Lessons

I teach contemporary (pop/rock) and jazz guitar emphasising musicality, practical skills, musical knowledge and expression. Melody, chord and combination approaches are taught ensuring a well developed skill set and musical mind. Music theory is taught in guitar lessons as it is so essential to playing the guitar.

I have a Diploma of Music and will soon complete my Bachelor of Music from the Elder Conservatorium of Music, University of Adelaide. I have been awarded a Citation for Outstanding Musicianship from the International Association for Jazz Education.

I am a passionate musician, composer, music teacher, music producer, sound engineer and songwriter. I love to teach music and to share my knowledge and skills. I have a very strong background in Classical, Jazz and Popular Music and like teaching in all these areas.

I teach adults and children in all fields and I am happy to arrange to teach you or your child multiple disciplines in single lessons or cater for multiple children arrangements.
